OUR HISTORY

Cousins Oliver Rivera and Juan Gomez had worked with Aron Watman for several years in his bars and restaurants across NYC. When Juan and Oliver shared their idea for CENA, Aron jumped on board and together, the three of them opened CENA in July of 2019.
